Gloves in every bag
A napkin and a pair of disposable gloves sit next to the burger. It isn’t etiquette — the patty really does run, and the newspaper-print wrap shows it.
Loved everything. It was so good I forgot to take a photo. Perfect heat and flavour, and so juicy that after the first couple of bites you understand exactly why they hand you gloves. I recommend everyone try it — if I could I’d give it 6 out of 5.

The pavilion stands on the north side of Abay Avenue, right on the corner of Amangeldi Street — between Amangeldi and Seifullin Avenue. From the pavement you’ll spot the red circle with the bull and the white “El Toro” channel letters on the roof. The entrance faces the avenue, straight off the pavement; the venue is on the ground floor. From Baikonyr metro it’s about 650 metres on foot east along Abay (2GIS figure).
